Returns and exchanges
All sales are considered final.
I do my best to include as much information as possible in the description of each product, so that my customers can make an informed decision when it comes to making a purchase.
In the event of receiving damaged merchandise, I will either remake and send you a replacement piece that is as close as possible to the original item ordered, or you can choose an item of the same value that is already in stock. Alternatively, I can refund your purchase.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Care
All items are dishwasher safe but hand washing when possible will prolong the life of your pottery.
Pottery can be used in the microwave with the exception of pieces that have gold/silver luster applied. If you purchase one of these pieces there will be a disclaimer in the description.
Only specific clays are intended for oven use. If an item is intended for oven use, I will include this in the description. Handmade ovenware must go into an oven that is NOT preheated. If you are taking handmade ovenware out of the fridge/freezer to put into the oven, you should allow it to come to room temperature first.
