Returns and exchanges

  • All sales are considered final.

  • I do my best to include as much information as possible in the description of each product, so that my customers can make an informed decision when it comes to making a purchase.

  • In the event of receiving damaged merchandise, I will either remake and send you a replacement piece that is as close as possible to the original item ordered, or you can choose an item of the same value that is already in stock. Alternatively, I can refund your purchase.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Care

  • All items are dishwasher safe but hand washing when possible will prolong the life of your pottery.

  • Pottery can be used in the microwave with the exception of pieces that have gold/silver luster applied. If you purchase one of these pieces there will be a disclaimer in the description.

  • Only specific clays are intended for oven use. If an item is intended for oven use, I will include this in the description. Handmade ovenware must go into an oven that is NOT preheated. If you are taking handmade ovenware out of the fridge/freezer to put into the oven, you should allow it to come to room temperature first.
