Return Policy: 

• Blue Violet Pottery takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All of the pieces are handmade and possess unique characteristics, as well as slight variations. We do not accept returns, all sales will be final.

• In the event of receiving damaged merchandise, Blue Violet Pottery will remake and send you a replacement piece that is as close as possible to the original item ordered. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
